How it works

Dues can be collected through electronic channels or by direct, in-person collection, depending on what suits the case. Whichever channel is used, the platform keeps complete documentation of payment statuses and outstanding amounts, linked to the contract and the tenant.

In the app, invoices are followed by status — Draft, Issued, Partially Paid or Overdue — so you can see exactly who owes what and how much remains. Financial reports then reflect the real state of collection across your portfolio.

Informal reminders are easy to ignore and hard to prove. A structured, documented collection process makes it clear what is owed, what has been paid and what steps have been taken. If the matter needs to go further, that documentation is already in place.

The first step on the protection path

Debt collection is the first stage of the Mullak+ protection path. When a tenant breaches the contract and dues are not settled, the case can move on to litigation, then to the execution of the judgment and, where appropriate, to a licensed private executor — with the same records carried through every step.
