Pricing is a monthly management fee per unit. Basic is BD 3.9, Business is BD 4.9 and Pro is BD 9.9 per unit per month. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it, plus more services.
Each unit you manage on the platform is billed at your plan's monthly fee. For example, 10 units on the Business plan come to 10 × BD 4.9 = BD 49 per month. The calculator on this page does the maths for any number of units.
Basic covers day-to-day digital management: property, contract and tenant management, digital archiving, financial reports, maintenance requests, issuance of residency permits and ID cards, and the notification system.
Business adds contract preparation, contract registration compliance, handover and takeover, inventory management and electricity connection services.
Pro adds rent and debt collection, litigation, execution and private executor services, and ISO 41001 compliance.
