These terms govern your use of the Mullak+ website. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Using the Mullak+ app and services is also subject to these terms, together with any separate agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

interfere with the website's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
send spam, malicious code or automated requests that place an unreasonable load on our systems;
submit false information or information about another person without their permission;
copy or reuse the website's content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Information on the website

The content of the website is general information about Mullak+ and its services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices are shown in Bahraini dinars as a monthly management fee per unit; the plan, services and fees that apply to you are the ones confirmed in your agreement with us.

Nothing on the website is legal, financial or investment advice. Where our services include legal work — such as contract preparation, debt collection, litigation, execution or private executor services — that work is carried out under a separate engagement and in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Mullak+ app and services

The Mullak+ app can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store and Google Play; the stores' own terms apply to the download.
The management services are provided under the plan you choose and are billed per unit per month.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter about your properties, units, contracts and tenants, and for having the right to share it with us.
You must keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may improve, change or suspend features of the platform, for example for maintenance or security, and will aim to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Intellectual property

The Mullak+ name, logo, plus mark, website design, text, images and software are owned by Mullak Plus or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services such as the App Store, Google Play and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mullak Plus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through the website and the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
