Overview
Digital property management is the core of Mullak+. Every other service in the platform — contracts, tenants, maintenance, reports and legal follow-up — starts from a property record that is registered once and kept up to date in one place.
How it works
You begin by registering the property in the app: its type, location, photos and units. Residential, commercial and industrial properties are all supported, and each unit carries its own occupancy status and a full inventory list. Where a building belongs to an owners' association, the property can be linked to the association, so shared responsibilities are visible from the start.
From then on, Mullak+ monitors the administrative, financial and legal status of each property. The owner dashboard shows managed units, active contracts, the occupancy rate and the monthly financial report the moment you open the app, so you always know where each asset stands.

Real estate is often managed across spreadsheets, paper files, messaging apps and separate advisers.
