Through their own interface, tenants can view their contract details, track the dues they owe, submit maintenance requests and receive notifications. Everything they need is in one place, in English or Arabic, on their phone.

What owners and managers gain

For owners and property managers, tenant management replaces scattered communication with one documented channel. Every tenant is linked to a unit and a contract, so you can see at a glance who occupies which unit, which contracts are active and who owes what. Rent, maintenance and check-out invoices can be issued and followed by type and status — Draft, Issued, Partially Paid or Overdue.

Because requests and notices flow through the platform, there is a record of what was asked, what was answered and when. That transparency reduces misunderstandings on both sides and makes it easier to resolve issues before they become disputes.
