What the service covers

Mullak+ organises revenues, expenses and collection statuses for each property and contract. Rent, maintenance and check-out invoices are issued and followed in the app and can be filtered by type and status — Draft, Issued, Partially Paid or Overdue — so you can see exactly who owes what.

From this data the platform prepares periodic financial reports. The owner dashboard shows the monthly financial report as soon as you open the app, alongside managed units, active contracts and the occupancy rate.
