Private Executor

Private enforcement makes the execution of judgments faster and more efficient. Private Executor is a specialised Mullak+ service dedicated to following up on and executing judgments and execution instruments through a licensed private executor company authorised by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf.

How it works

This type of enforcement engages a judicial assistant to carry out private enforcement procedures. These include inspecting real estate and movable assets in preparation for public auction, and executing eviction judgments issued by the competent court.

Because these procedures are carried out by a licensed private executor, they offer greater speed and efficiency in bringing a judgment to its result.

An effective means of compliance

Private enforcement is also an effective means of compelling the judgment debtor to fulfil the obligation imposed on them. The prospect of prompt, professional enforcement is often what brings a long-running matter to a close.

Private Executor completes the Mullak+ protection path: debt collection, litigation, execution and, finally, private enforcement. Each stage builds on the documentation gathered in the one before — the contract, the registration proofs, the handover reports, the invoices and the collection history — so the owner's case arrives at enforcement complete.
