Inventory Management

A furnished apartment, a serviced office or a unit with fitted appliances contains many items that belong to the owner. Inventory management in Mullak+ keeps a complete record of what each unit contains and in what condition, so nothing is lost, forgotten or disputed.

How it works

Mullak+ manages the inventory of real-estate units, their facilities and their contents. Each unit in the app carries a full inventory list alongside its photos, location and occupancy.

The condition of each item is recorded during handover and takeover. When a tenant moves in, the inventory documents what was provided and in what state; when the tenant leaves, the same list is checked again, and any difference is visible immediately.

Why it matters

Without a documented inventory, questions about missing or damaged items become one person's word against another's. An inventory recorded as part of smart check-in and check-out — with notes and digital signatures — gives both owner and tenant a shared reference.

For owners with several units, the inventory also shows what has been provided where, which makes planning replacements and maintenance easier. Property management companies gain a consistent standard for every unit they look after.
