How it works
Whether at the beginning or the end of a lease, the service includes an accurate inspection of the unit's condition and the preparation of detailed reports that document its status, supported by photographic evidence.
In the app, smart check-in and check-out lets you document the property's condition and inventory, capture notes in English and Arabic, and collect digital signatures from the owner and the tenant on handover. The result is a clear, signed record that both parties have seen and agreed.
